By downloading, installing, or using the AnkVeda application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
2. Description of Service
AnkVeda provides numerology-based insights and analysis tools, including but not limited to:
- →Personal numerology readings based on name and date of birth
- →Name correction and alignment suggestions
- →Business name energy scoring
- →Relationship compatibility analysis
- →Date and timing guidance
All content provided is for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian and consent to these Terms on their behalf.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account using your email address. You agree to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service without the prior written consent of AnkVeda, except as permitted by these Terms for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:

- ✗Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
- ✗Impersonate or attempt to impersonate AnkVeda, an AnkVeda employee, or any other person.
- ✗Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
- ✗Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- ✗Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANKVEDA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- →Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- →Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
- →Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of numerological readings.
Numerology readings are provided for personal insight and entertainment. AnkVeda makes no representations about outcomes resulting from following any suggestions within the app.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANKVEDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ANKVEDA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notification through the app. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
